Establishment of the company as Pvt, offices opened in Via Paolo da Cannobio Milan, near Piazza duomo.
As employee just a secretary and a warehouseman, only agent Mr Rinaldo Franco. -
1966
Year by year the turn-over increases, also Mrs Lina Franco begins to cooperate, exclusive trademarks are acquired for the Italian market and the headquarters move to Via Washington so as to enlarge the stores and the offices.

1977
The son of the founder becomes part of the staff , Claudio Franco, who deal with the Italian market.
A technologic change occurs , from a manual book-keeping to informatics and tailor-made administrative programs. -
1981
The company invests on development in a radical way , the number of employees increase , new brands are created and the first catalogues are printed.
Communication to clients is renewed with a three-months house organ. -
1990
Experience allows to satisfy a market more and more demanding , the company develops its purchase policy by introducing more and more articles and enlarges the number of agents , in addition to this begins to take part in national and international fairs.

1991
The Franco´s acquire the 100% of the company buying a part of it in the hands of a foreign partner and transforms Rinaldo Franco into a Ltd . A new brand is launched, named Best Friend with the first sales to the large surfaces.

2000
The group changes its structure opening a new logistic site in the actual headquarter of Via Kuliscioff in Milan, a warehouse that, thereafter, will be bought.

2007
After over 50 years of work the founder, Rinaldo Franco, passes away.
Thanks to his proverbial honesty and commercial correctness he leaves a solid and esteemed company , appreciated by most part of the market for the ethic professionalism , seriousness and dedication to quality of service to clients.Features still identifying the company brands.

The third generation becomes part of Rinaldo Franco spa (Linda Franco and Davide Franco) who , with their enthusiasm and energy , grant continuity to the company and project it into the future
